How to:

How To:
1 – Heat the oven at 175 degrees. Grease the 25 cm diameter cake pan. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, sugar and butter until the sugar melts. Mix the eggs by whipping the egg whites one by one. Add lemon zest, vanilla and yogurt.
2- Mix the blueberry berries with 2 tablespoons of flour in the bag of the refrigerator. Combine the remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour into the sugar mixture, whisk until cake dough.
3 – Pour the fruits you forgot into the dough and mix. Pour the dough into the cake pan, where you grease it. Bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes.
4 – If the dough does not stick after dipping the toothpick, it means that it is baked as a cake. Leave the cake to cool on the wire rack for 10 minutes.
